The party was exactly what I had envisioned.  The backyard looked beautiful.  The staff was truly wonderful—I couldn’t have asked for more.  The house was spotless when they left.  All the guests were impressed.

The food was unbelievable! I can’t pick the standout- but the tuna was huge hit and the sliders, of course, everyone loved.

Our guests raved about the food and the presentation- and everyone asked who did it!  The preparation and the clean-up were seamless and complete- and your chef and wait staff did a marvelous job!

Since we had previewed your food the month before at a neighbor’s party, we knew it was good.  But with a larger guest list and more people, we knew we had to do something special.  And you did it! Our guests could not stop raving about the food.  That’s a successful party! 

Thank you for the absolute perfection at our party Saturday night. The food was sensational, the presentation of both food and table was spectacular and your staff was of the highest professional caliber.  It was an elegant evening from top to bottom.

Last week, at this time, we were sweatin’ the weather. But that was useless because it could have been a snowstorm and our 4th of July party would have still been more than fabulous!  You and your terrific staff outdid yourselves.  The menu you did was so perfect- people are still calling me and raving about the delicious food, especially, of course, about those sliders.  And you were so right about the logistics and flow for the evening…..If we were to do it all over again, I would do everything the same way!
